Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Butter, softened
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Oats
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt

    • 6 oz Package Dried Cranberries
    • 2/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips
    • 1 ½ Cups Finely Crushed Biscoff Cookies
    • 1/3 Cup Sugar
    • 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    • 1 Pie Pumpkin (also called Sugar Pumpkin)
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
    • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
    • ½ Tbsp. Nutmeg
    • ¼ tsp. Ginger
    • ¼ tsp. Allspice
    • ¼ tsp. Salt
    • ¼ Cup plus 1/8 Cup Evaporated Milk
    • 1 Half Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
    • 2 Tbsp. Grade B Maple Syrup
    • 1 Tbsp. Bourbon
    • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    • ½ Yellow Onion, chopped
    • 1 15 oz. Can White Beans (such as Great Northern), drained and rinsed
    • 3-4 Leaves Fresh Basil, chopped
    • Pinch of Dried Thyme
    • 6 Cups Vegetable Broth
    • 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
    • 1 Rind Parmesan cheese, optional
    • ½ Cup Brown Rice, uncooked
    • Salt and Pepper, to taste
    • 1 16 oz. Bag Baby Spinach, chopped
    • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
    • 18 oz. Spinach
    • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
    • 15 oz. Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 2 tbsp. Dry Whole-Wheat Panko
    • ½ tsp. Sweet Paprika (I used Smoked Paprika)
    • ¼ tsp. Ground Cumin
    • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
    • Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
    • 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
