White-Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries with Citrus Sugar

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 orange
• 1 lemon
• 6 ounces high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina)
• 16 large ripe strawberries
