White Chocolate Fondue

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pints strawberries, hulled

Combine chocolate and cream in a small, heavy saucepan. Warm over low heat, whisking, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to a fondue pot, stir in vanilla, and serve with strawberries for dipping.
