White Chocolate Key Lime Cookies with Toasted Coconut

Ingredients

  • FOR THE COOKIES:
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Key Lime Juice
  • 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten

    • 2-½ cups Flour
    • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 12 ounces, fluid White Chocolate Chips
    • 1-½ cup Toasted Coconut (See Note)
    • FOR THE GLAZE:
    • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
    • 3 Tablespoons Milk
    • 3 Tablespoons Key Lime Juice (such As Nellie And Joes)
