  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup apricot preserves
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

    • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 ¼ pounds imported white chocolate
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ pounds apricots
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 1/3 cups sugar
    • 30 tablespoons unsalted butter
