White Chocolate-Lemon Biscotti

Ingredients

• 2 large eggs
• ¼ teaspoon lemon extract
• 1 ¼ cups (6-ounce) bar premium white chocolate, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ²/₃ cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
