Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup shortening
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
