White-Chocolate Mousse Parfaits
- 20 gingersnaps or chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1-½ cups heavy cream
- 4 oz. good-quality white chocolate, chopped
- Pinch salt
- 1 ripe mango, cut into small chunks
