Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup water
  • Blackberry-Raspberry Sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 4 large egg yolks
    • 8 ounces high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina)
    • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
    • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
