Ingredients

  • ¾ cup white chocolate morsels
  • 4 cups half-and-half
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Dried Cherry Sauce
  • ¾ cup medium-grain rice
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • ½ cup sugar

Combine water and rice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into pan.
