White Chocolate Tartlets with Strawberry Coulis

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups whipping cream
  • 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup whole almonds
    • 8 ounces good-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Baker's)
    • 2 cups hulled strawberries
    • 8 ounces purchased almond biscotti
