White Layer Cake

Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups frosting of your choice
• 1 ¹/₃ cups buttermilk
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 4 egg whites
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
