  • 2 local eggs
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 cup greens, chopped very finely
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 cup whole grain rice
