Whole-Grain Skillet Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 large egg
