Whole Roasted Duck

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • 1 2 1/2-inch cinnamon stick
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
