  • 4 (8-ounce) dressed trout, heads and tails removed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Fresh tarragon sprigs (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 tarragon sprigs, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • Cooking spray
    • 12 thin slices lemon

Preheat broiler. Open trout, skin sides down, on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over fish.
