Whole Wheat Almond Meal Graham Crackers | Salt & Smoke

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat or graham flour
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cups milk
  • 5 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 5 tbsp honey or maple
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp almond extract
    • coarse salt for sprinkling (optional)
    • turbinado sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients (except for extracts) in saucepan over low heat until melted, remove from heat and add extracts. Slowly pour wet mixture over dry mixture while stirring.
