Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
