Whole Wheat Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup raisins

1 Mix in order as listed. 2 Do not over beat. 3 Spoon into greased muffin tins. 4 Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes.
