Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (1/8 lb.) butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup milk

    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
    • ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
