Whole Wheat Mush


  • sugar or honey to taste
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¾ cup(s) coarsely ground whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water

In a sauce pan bring water and salt to a boil. Quickly stir in wheat and continue to stir to prevent lumps. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and continue to cook for about 15 minutes. Serve with milk and sugar or honey.
