Wholewheat Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups (1lb) mashed ripe banana (4 lrg bananas)
  • 2 cups (1 lb) sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ cps (12 ½ oz) whole-wheat flour
