Wild and Brown Rice Pilaf with Butternut Squash and Dried Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 Fuji apple
