  • 1 pound mixed fresh wild mushrooms
  • flaky sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • lemon wedges
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon shallot
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons chives
    • 1 stick unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 450°F with rack in middle. Lightly brush 4 (12-inch) squares of parchment paper with some of butter.
