Wild Rice and Bulgur with Braised Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup bulgur (cracked wheat)
  • 2 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 2 medium leeks
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 cup onion
