  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 ounces "dandelion greens":/ingredients/76 (about 1 small bunch), washed, thoroughly dried, ends trimmed, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
