Ingredients

  • 1 green onion, sliced (white part only)
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) honey
  • ¼ cup(s) slivered almonds, lightly toasted
  • 1 can(s) (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained

    • 1 medium head red cabbage, finely shredded, divided
    • ground black pepper to taste
    • 1/8 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
    • 1 tablespoon(s) Lite Soy Sauce
    • 3 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
    • ¼ cup(s) oil
    • ¼ cup(s) (1 ounce) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
