Wilted Spinach Salad with Warm Feta Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 9-ounce bag fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium red onion
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 7-ounce package feta cheese
