Wok tossed Lijiang potatoes


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • small handful garlic chives, sliced into 4cm lengths
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 150 g pickled mustard greens
  • 1 tbsp Yunnan chilli oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 400 g potatoes, peeled and finely sliced
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced

1. Bring a wok to high heat, add oil followed by the garlic and stir fry until fragrant. 2. Add potatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Now add Yunnan chilli oil and mustard greens. 3.
