Wolfgang Puck's Pot Sticker Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup garlic cloves
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground pork
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup green onions
  • ¼ cup dried fruit (apricots, finely chopped
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon chili paste
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • pinch of sugar
    • 1 large pack wonton wrappers
    • 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon of water
    • ½ cup rice wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
    • 2 tablespoons scallions, minced
    • 1 large pinch sugar

1. In a blender, combine garlic and ginger. Turn on machine and slowly pour the peanut oil and process to a puree. Transfer to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.
