Wolfgang Puck's Spicy Caramelized Pecans


  • 1 ½ cupspeanut oil
  • 1 cuppecan halves
  • 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  • ¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
  • ½ cupconfectioners' sugar
