Wrapped-Up Apple-Blackberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into 10 pieces
  • ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound Granny Smith apples
  • 8 ounces blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon seedless blackberry jam
    • 1 large egg white, beaten
