Yellow Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce such as Tabasco, or to taste
  • chopped fresh chives
  • diced yellow bell pepper
  • diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup Sherry vinegar
  • 1 navel orange
  • 2 large yellow bell peppers
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 medium yellow beefsteak tomatoes
    • 1 3/4-pound cucumber
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 garlic clove
    • ¾ cup olive oil
