Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces yellow crookneck squash
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 6 large eggs
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 ¼ cups unbleached all purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • ¾ cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese

Blend flour and salt in processor. Add butter. Using on/off turns, blend until coarse meal forms. Add 4 tablespoons ice water.
