Ingredients
- 1 1/3 to 1 3/4 cups Yogurt Cheese (3/4 to 1 lb.; see notes)
- ½ to 3/4 cup filling:
- Thin baguette slices
- Fresh cilantro or basil sprigs (optional), rinsed
- -Tomato Tapenade
- -Cilantro Pesto or
