Yum Tuna - Thai Tuna Salad


  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated on a microplane
  • ½ seedless cucumber, thinly sliced (almost paper thin)
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • Juice of half a lime
  • ½ tablespoon crushed red chili pepper flakes
  • 1 shallot, finely minced
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 cans tuna (preferably solid tuna packed in oil), drained
