Yum Yum Brisket!
- 4 brown onions (large)
- 30 clove(s) garlic
- 1 Whole Brisket untrimmed inch the original wrapping (thats how youll know they didnt trim it!)
Slice onions and spread over bottom of pan. Crush and chop 15 cloves of garlic. Wash brisket and place in large roasting pan on top of onions and garlic.
