Yummy Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- ¼ cup(s) melted butter
- 1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup(s) grated Swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cup(s) milk
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 package(s) frozen hash-browns
Place hash-browns in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle lightly with salt shaker. Bake 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheeses on top. In a large bowl beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over potato mixture. Bake 350° for 30-40 minutes.
