Zesty Carrot Bake

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
• ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 1 tablespoon(s) prepared horseradish
• 1 pound(s) carrots, cut into ½ inch slices
• ½ cup(s) dry bread crumbs
• ¹/₃ cup(s) water
• + 2 more ingredients
• • ¾ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced onion

On a stove top or in microwave, cook carrots until tender. Place in a 1 qt. baking dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine onion, mayo, water, horseradish, and pepper; mix well. Pour over carrots.
