Zesty White Beans And Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 (16-ounce) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• • ½ cup quartered grape or cherry tomatoes

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
