  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes (such as Rotel Bold Italian)
  • 8 ounces uncooked ziti
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups (5 ounces) shredded, smoked Gouda cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooking spray
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
