Ziti with Poblanos and Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients
- raw green (hulled) pumpkin seeds ( pepitas )
- 1 cup scallions
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon canned chipotles in adobo
- 1 pound ziti or penne
- 1 cup bottled roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- + 3 more ingredients

- ½ pound fresh poblano chiles
- 1 large onion
