Zucchini and Tomato Frittata

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then into ¼-inch slices
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Onions, Minced
