Ingredients

  • 2 cups stout or dark beer
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 zucchini blossoms
  • 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • Canola oil

Pour enough oil into heavy large saucepan to measure 3 inches in depth. Heat oil over medium heat until deep-fry thermometer registers 350°F.
