  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beer, room temperature
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
    • Garnishes: lime wedges, shredded cabbage, chopped fresh cilantro
