Calabash Fish Fry


  • ½ c horseradish
  • ½ c sour cream
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • ¼ c all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c cornmeal
  • 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 lb fresh fish fillets, cut into thin pieces
    • 1 c cooking oil
    • 2 lemons, cut into quaters for garnish
