Crispy Oven Fried Fish Fillets


  • Lemon wedges
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced fresh parsley
  • 6 tablespoon(s) fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon(s) reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 pound(s) flounder or sole fillets

Coat fillets with mayonnaise. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika. Dredge coated fillets in bread crumb mixture. Arrange fillets on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
