Ingredients

  • 3 12-ounce cans soda water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 large russet potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups rice flour

    • 3 tablespoons baking powder
