Fish in a Corn Crust
- 1 cup(s) cornflakes
- lemon, in wedges or thick slices (optional)
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter , oil or a combination (use more if necessary)
- ½ cup(s) fine cornmeal
- 4 large, thin fillets of any firm white fish (cod, haddock etc)
- 1 egg
