Fried Fish with Garlic


  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound(s) fresh fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch (can use flour)
  • ¼ cup(s) Peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) rice wine or dry sherry
  • 6 tablespoon(s) water

    • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
